Making a Decision
Section titled “Making a Decision”Select winning quotes to preview projected purchase-order totals by vendor.
In this release, approving a comparison is preview-only:
- It marks the comparison completed
- It returns projected purchase-order totals
- It does not create purchase orders
- It does not notify vendors or enqueue vendor-notification side effects
Use the purchase-order workflow when you are ready to create persisted POs.
AI-Assisted Comparison
Section titled “AI-Assisted Comparison”For quotes received as PDF documents, Producit can extract line items and pricing using Quote Extraction only when AI-assisted import is enabled by feature flag. In GO-Core, enter quotes manually.
