When vendors send quotes as PDF documents, Quote Extraction uses AI to read the document and pull out pricing, line items, and terms — saving you from manual data entry.

How It Works

  1. When you receive a vendor quote PDF, upload it in Procurement

  2. Producit’s AI extracts:

    • Vendor name and contact info
    • Line items with descriptions
    • Quantities and unit prices
    • Totals and tax amounts
    • Payment terms
    • Validity period

  3. Review the extraction and confirm or correct

  • RFQ responses — Quickly digitize vendor responses for side-by-side comparison
  • Unsolicited quotes — Process quotes that arrive via email as PDFs
