Campaigns
Overview
Section titled “Overview”Campaigns let you send targeted communications to groups of contacts — event announcements, crew call-outs, vendor updates, or client newsletters.
Creating a Campaign
Section titled “Creating a Campaign”- Go to Campaigns (under AI Tools in the sidebar)
- Click New Campaign
- Configure:
- Audience — Select recipients: crew members, vendors, clients, or custom lists
- Channel — Email, in-app notification, or both
- Content — Write your message with the editor
- Schedule — Send immediately or schedule for a specific date/time
Campaign Types
Section titled “Campaign Types”| Type | Use case |

| Event announcement | Notify crew/vendors about a new event |
| Crew call-out | Find available crew for an upcoming event |
| Vendor update | Notify vendors about policy changes or new requirements |
| Client newsletter | Share upcoming events with clients |
| Reminder | Follow up on pending POs, outstanding invoices, etc. |
Analytics
Section titled “Analytics”After sending, track:
- Delivery rate — How many were successfully sent
- Open rate — How many recipients opened the message (email)
- Click rate — How many clicked links in the message
Automation
Section titled “Automation”Set up recurring campaigns that run on a schedule. For example, a weekly crew availability survey or a monthly client event roundup.
