Campaigns

Campaigns let you send targeted communications to groups of contacts — event announcements, crew call-outs, vendor updates, or client newsletters.

  1. Go to Campaigns (under AI Tools in the sidebar)
  2. Click New Campaign
  3. Configure:
    • Audience — Select recipients: crew members, vendors, clients, or custom lists
    • Channel — Email, in-app notification, or both
    • Content — Write your message with the editor
    • Schedule — Send immediately or schedule for a specific date/time

After sending, track:

  • Delivery rate — How many were successfully sent
  • Open rate — How many recipients opened the message (email)
  • Click rate — How many clicked links in the message

Set up recurring campaigns that run on a schedule. For example, a weekly crew availability survey or a monthly client event roundup.
