Section titled “Hospitality”The hospitality module tracks everything the artist or performers need at the venue.
Rider Management
Section titled “Rider Management”After uploading and extracting a rider (see Rider Extraction), the hospitality list shows:
- Food & Beverage — Specific items, dietary requirements, quantities
- Dressing Room — Setup requirements, furniture, amenities
- Transportation — Airport transfers, ground transport
- Accommodation — Hotel requirements and room blocks
- Other — Towels, laundry, Wi-Fi, special requests
Check off items as they’re prepared. The team can see real-time progress.
Hospitality Status
Section titled “Hospitality Status”| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Not started | Item hasn’t been addressed yet |
| In progress | Being prepared |
| Ready | Prepared and in place |
| Issue | Problem that needs attention |
Arrivals Board
Section titled “Arrivals Board”On event day, the Arrivals Board shows a real-time view of who has arrived and who’s expected:
- Artist / talent — Arrival time, transportation status
- Crew — Call times vs. actual arrivals
- Vendors — Delivery and setup times
- VIP guests — Expected arrival times
The arrivals board is designed for large screens in the production office or backstage.
