Accounts Receivable
Overview
Section titled “Overview”Accounts Receivable (AR) tracks money owed to you by clients. Send invoices, track payments, and monitor outstanding balances.
Creating an Invoice
Section titled “Creating an Invoice”- Go to Finance → Accounts Receivable
- Click New Invoice
- Select the client and enter:
- Line items with descriptions and amounts
- Payment terms (net 15, net 30, etc.)
- Associated event (optional)
- Notes or special instructions
Invoice Lifecycle
Section titled “Invoice Lifecycle”| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Invoice being prepared |
| Sent | Delivered to the client |
| Viewed | Client has opened the invoice |
| Partially Paid | Client has made a partial payment |
| Paid | Fully paid |
| Overdue | Past the payment terms and unpaid |
Online Payments
Section titled “Online Payments”In the current release, staff record and reconcile invoice payments from the authenticated finance workspace. Public client payment links require a separate token-scoped checkout release before they are documented as self-service.
Aging Report
Section titled “Aging Report”Like AP, the AR aging report shows outstanding invoices by age. Use it to:
- Identify slow-paying clients
- Prioritize collection efforts
- Forecast cash flow
Automatic Reminders
Section titled “Automatic Reminders”Producit can send automated payment reminders to clients with overdue invoices. Configure reminder schedules in your organization settings.
