Financial Dashboard
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Financial Dashboard gives venue owners and finance teams a high-level view of the organization’s financial position.
Key Metrics
Section titled “Key Metrics”| Metric | Description |

| Total Revenue | Sum of all invoiced and received amounts |
| Total Expenses | Sum of all bills, expenses, and settlements |
| Outstanding AR | Unpaid client invoices |
| Outstanding AP | Unpaid vendor bills |
| Profit / Loss | Net position across all events |
| Cash Flow | Money in vs. money out over time |
Event Profitability
Section titled “Event Profitability”See a ranked list of events by profitability. Quickly identify which events are performing well and which are losing money.
Aging Overview
Section titled “Aging Overview”Combined AP and AR aging summary showing:
- Total current and overdue amounts
- Overdue breakdown by age bucket (30/60/90+ days)
- Trend over time
Filtering
Section titled “Filtering”Filter the dashboard by:
- Date range
- Event type
- Client
- Venue / stage
Exporting
Section titled “Exporting”Export financial data to CSV or PDF for external accounting systems or board reporting.
