Checklists
Overview
Section titled “Overview”Checklists help you track everything that needs to happen before, during, and after an event. They work offline — perfect for backstage or loading docks where connectivity is spotty.
Creating a Checklist
Section titled “Creating a Checklist”- Open an event and go to the Checklists tab
- Click New Checklist or Apply Template
- Add items with optional details:
- Task name — What needs to be done
- Assignee — Who is responsible
- Due time — When it needs to be done by
- Priority — High, medium, low
Using Checklists
Section titled “Using Checklists”- Check off items as they’re completed — the timestamp and who completed it are recorded
- Reorder items by dragging them
- Add items on the fly during the event
- Filter by status (pending, completed), assignee, or priority
Offline Mode
Section titled “Offline Mode”Checklists sync automatically when you’re online. When you’re offline:
- ✅ You can view all checklist items
- ✅ You can check off items
- ✅ You can add new items
- ⏳ Changes sync when connectivity returns
Checklist Templates
Section titled “Checklist Templates”Save a checklist configuration as a template to reuse across events. Common templates:
- Pre-show — Sound check, lighting check, doors open, artist arrival
- Load-in — Truck arrival, equipment unload, stage setup, backline
- Load-out — Strike, equipment pack, truck departure
- Hospitality — Dressing room prep, catering, transportation
