Checklists

Checklists help you track everything that needs to happen before, during, and after an event. They work offline — perfect for backstage or loading docks where connectivity is spotty.

  1. Open an event and go to the Checklists tab
  2. Click New Checklist or Apply Template
  3. Add items with optional details:
    • Task name — What needs to be done
    • Assignee — Who is responsible
    • Due time — When it needs to be done by
    • Priority — High, medium, low
  • Check off items as they’re completed — the timestamp and who completed it are recorded
  • Reorder items by dragging them
  • Add items on the fly during the event
  • Filter by status (pending, completed), assignee, or priority

Checklists sync automatically when you’re online. When you’re offline:

  • ✅ You can view all checklist items
  • ✅ You can check off items
  • ✅ You can add new items
  • ⏳ Changes sync when connectivity returns

Save a checklist configuration as a template to reuse across events. Common templates:

  • Pre-show — Sound check, lighting check, doors open, artist arrival
  • Load-in — Truck arrival, equipment unload, stage setup, backline
  • Load-out — Strike, equipment pack, truck departure
  • Hospitality — Dressing room prep, catering, transportation
