Roles & Permissions

Producit uses a 7-level role hierarchy. Each role inherits all permissions from the roles below it.

Crew3View assigned events, update availability, submit expenses, use checklists
Vendor2Access Vendor Portal — view POs, confirm availability, submit invoices
Guest1View-only access to shared content (client portal, public event info)

Only Admins and Super Admins can change a user’s role. Go to Settings → Users, find the user, and update their role.
