Navigating the App
Main Navigation
Section titled “Main Navigation”The left sidebar is your main navigation. It adapts based on your role — you’ll only see sections you have access to.

| Dashboard | KPIs, upcoming events, recent activity, alerts |
| Events | List of all events with status filters |
| Calendar | Month, week, and day views of your event schedule |
| Crew | Crew directory, skills, availability, and performance |
| Finance | Financial dashboard, AP/AR, expenses |
| Procurement | Quotes, RFQs, purchase orders |
| Templates | Reusable event templates |
| Reports | Crew reports, inventory reports, financial summaries |
| Settings | Account, security, notifications, integrations |
Quick Search
Section titled “Quick Search”Press ⌘K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows/Linux) anywhere in the app to open the command palette. Search for:
- Events by name
- Crew members
- Vendors
- Financial records
- Any page in the app
Event Pages
Section titled “Event Pages”When you open an event, you’ll see tabs for each aspect of that event:
- Overview — Summary, status, key dates
- Budget — Line items, revenue, profit/loss
- Crew — Assigned crew and roles
- Logistics — Dock slots, load-in/out schedule
- Hospitality — Rider requirements, arrivals
- Tech — Stage inputs, patches, run of show
- Checklists — Task lists for the event
- Expenses — Submitted expenses and approvals
- History — Snapshots of every change made to the event
Notifications
Section titled “Notifications”The bell icon in the top right shows your notifications. You’ll receive alerts for:
- New crew assignments
- Budget approvals needed
- Vendor confirmations
- Upcoming event reminders
- Checklist completions
Configure which notifications you receive in Settings → Notifications.
Keyboard Shortcuts
Section titled “Keyboard Shortcuts”| Shortcut | Action |
