Calendar & Scheduling
Calendar Views
Section titled “Calendar Views”The calendar shows all your events with three view options:
- Month view — Overview of the full month with event dots
- Week view — Detailed view with time blocks for each day
- Day view — Hour-by-hour breakdown of a single day
Click on any event in the calendar to open it. Drag events to reschedule them (confirmed events require approval to move).
A hold reserves a date/time slot without fully confirming an event. This is common when negotiating with artists or clients.
- First hold — You have priority for that slot
- Second hold — Backup if the first hold falls through
- Challenge — When another party wants a slot you’re holding
Holds have an expiration date. When a hold expires, Producit automatically releases the slot and notifies you. You can convert a hold to a confirmed event at any time.
