Client Portal
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Client Portal gives your clients a self-service view of their relationship with your venue — without needing a full Producit account.
What Clients Can Do
Section titled “What Clients Can Do”| Feature | Description |

| View quotes | See quotes you’ve sent them with full line item detail |
| Accept / decline quotes | Respond to quotes directly in the portal |
| View events | See their confirmed events with key details |
| View invoices | Check invoice status and payment history |
| Pay online | Pay invoices through a secure payment link |
| View documents | Access contracts, event specs, and shared files |
How It Works
Section titled “How It Works”- When you create a quote or invoice for a client, they receive an email with a secure link
- The link takes them to the Client Portal — no account creation required
- They can view, respond, and pay directly from the portal
Client Access
Section titled “Client Access”Clients authenticate via:
- Secure link — Time-limited link sent via email
- Client account — For repeat clients, an optional login
For Admins
Section titled “For Admins”Configure the Client Portal in Settings → Portals:
- Branding — Add your logo and colors
- Payment methods — Configure which payment options are available
- Auto-notifications — Choose when clients are automatically notified
