Business Alerts
Overview
Section titled “Overview”Business Alerts monitor your organization’s data and flag conditions that need attention — overdue payments, expiring vendor compliance, understaffed events, budget overruns, and more.
How Alerts Work
Section titled “How Alerts Work”Producit continuously evaluates conditions across your data:

|---|---|
| Financial | ”3 invoices totaling $15,000 are 60+ days overdue” |
| Compliance | ”Vendor ABC’s insurance expires in 14 days” |
| Staffing | ”Friday’s event is missing a required sound engineer” |
| Budget | ”Event costs are 20% over the approved budget” |
| Scheduling | ”Two events are booked in the same room on March 15” |
Receiving Alerts
Section titled “Receiving Alerts”Alerts appear in:
- Your Dashboard notifications panel
- Email (configurable)
- In-app notifications (bell icon)
Configuring Alerts
Section titled “Configuring Alerts”Admins can configure which alerts are active and who receives them:
- Go to Settings → Notifications → Business Alerts
- Enable or disable alert types
- Set thresholds (e.g., alert when AP aging exceeds 60 days)
- Choose recipients by role
