Notifications
Notification Channels
Section titled “Notification Channels”Producit sends notifications through multiple channels:

Notification Categories
Section titled “Notification Categories”| Category | Examples |
|---|---|
| Event updates | Event created, status changed, details updated |
| Crew assignments | Assigned to an event, assignment changed, call time reminder |
| Financial | Invoice due, payment received, expense approved/rejected |
| Procurement | PO approved, vendor confirmed, RFQ response received |
| Compliance | Certification expiring, document needed |
| System | Security alerts, account changes |
Configuring Notifications
Section titled “Configuring Notifications”- Go to Settings → Notifications
- For each category, toggle:
- ✅ In-app — Always recommended
- ✉️ Email — For important items you need to see even when not in the app
- 📱 Push — For time-sensitive items (call time reminders, urgent approvals)
Quiet Hours
Section titled “Quiet Hours”Set quiet hours to pause non-urgent notifications:
- Choose start and end time
- Choose which days (e.g., weekends only)
- Urgent notifications (security, critical alerts) always come through
Notification Inbox
Section titled “Notification Inbox”Click the bell icon to see all your notifications. From there you can:
- Mark as read — Clear the notification
- Click through — Go directly to the related item
- Mark all as read — Clear everything
