Notifications

Producit sends notifications through multiple channels:

  1. Go to Settings → Notifications
  2. For each category, toggle:
    • In-app — Always recommended
    • ✉️ Email — For important items you need to see even when not in the app
    • 📱 Push — For time-sensitive items (call time reminders, urgent approvals)

Set quiet hours to pause non-urgent notifications:

  • Choose start and end time
  • Choose which days (e.g., weekends only)
  • Urgent notifications (security, critical alerts) always come through

Click the bell icon to see all your notifications. From there you can:

  • Mark as read — Clear the notification
  • Click through — Go directly to the related item
  • Mark all as read — Clear everything
