Open any event and edit fields directly. Changes are saved automatically. Every edit is tracked in the History tab — you can always see who changed what and when.

StatusMeaning
DraftEvent is being planned — not visible to vendors/clients
ConfirmedEvent is locked in — crew notified, vendors can see POs
CancelledEvent won’t happen — financials are preserved for records
CompletedEvent has happened — ready for settlement and close-out

Producit automatically checks for scheduling conflicts when you create or move an event. If another event is already booked in the same venue/stage at the same time, you’ll see a warning before you can confirm.

Completed or cancelled events can be archived to keep your active event list clean. Archived events are still searchable and all their financial data is preserved.
