Logistics
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The logistics module handles the physical movement of equipment and people in and out of your venue.
Dock Slots
Section titled “Dock Slots”Schedule dock access for trucks and deliveries:
- Go to the event’s Logistics tab
- Click Add Dock Slot
- Set:
- Vendor / company — Who’s arriving
- Time window — Start and end time for dock access
- Vehicle info — Truck size, license plate
- Items — What they’re delivering or picking up
- Priority — Headliner gets priority dock access
Load-In Schedule
Section titled “Load-In Schedule”Plan the sequence of setup activities:

Load-Out Schedule
Section titled “Load-Out Schedule”After the show, plan the teardown in reverse order. Assign time slots to each vendor for striking their equipment.
Day Sheet
Section titled “Day Sheet”The day sheet combines all logistics into a single timeline view:
- Load-in start → Sound check → Doors → Show → Load-out → Venue clear
