Crew Management
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Crew module is your central directory for everyone who works your events — sound engineers, lighting techs, stage managers, security, bartenders, and more.
Crew Directory
Section titled “Crew Directory”Go to Crew in the sidebar to see your full crew list. Each crew member’s profile includes:
- Contact info — Phone, email, emergency contact
- Skills — Tagged skills (e.g., sound, lighting, rigging, FOH, security)
- Certifications — Licenses and certifications with expiry dates
- Availability — Calendar of when they’re available or unavailable
- Performance — Ratings and notes from past events
- Event history — Every event they’ve worked
Adding Crew Members
Section titled “Adding Crew Members”- Go to Crew → Add Member
- Fill in their details and skill tags
- They’ll receive an invitation to create their account (optional — you can manage their profile for them)
Skills Matrix
Section titled “Skills Matrix”The skills matrix shows a grid of all crew members and their skills. Use it to quickly find who’s available and qualified for a specific role.
Performance Tracking
Section titled “Performance Tracking”After each event, rate crew members on their performance. Over time, this builds a reliable picture of your best people for each role.
Compliance
Section titled “Compliance”Track certifications, licenses, and required documents for each crew member:
- First aid certificates
- Rigging licenses
- Working-at-height training
- Background checks
Producit alerts you when certifications are about to expire.
